Clinical Pharmacy Specialist I — Drug Therapy Leader

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist I to lead and expand clinical pharmacy services across our facilities. You will develop medication protocols, order sets, and facilitate medication utilization reviews to optimize drug therapy and patient outcomes.
