The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter with a passion for law and a proven track record in Personal Injury Litigation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest level of client service. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal correspondences. Represent clients in court, present evidence, argue cases, and negotiate settlements. Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and legal advice. Collaborate with legal team members and other departments to ensure the coordination of case management and client service. Stay updated with current laws, recent judgments, and industry developments, applying these updates to current and future cases. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical conduct. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the FL state bar. Minimum of 1 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases. Proven experience in court, with strong litigation and negotiation skills. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. Proficient in legal research tools and software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, court personnel, and opposing counsel. Ability to manage a high volume of cases, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
