As a Manager, you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be accountable for making sure project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.Responsibilities- Design, develop, modify, and deploy software using industry standards- Lead teams and manage client accounts- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff- Confirm project success and maintain elevated standards- Enhance leadership style and motivate team members- Develop and inspire others to deliver quality- Identify opportunities for improvement- Embrace technology and innovationWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing or claims preferred- Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, and Billing applications)- Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights- Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Express, Server, User Admin, and TransAct- Experience in designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software- Skilled in planning, designing, and maintaining Duck Creek user interfaces- Ability to lead a team of developers and work with onshore & offshore teams- Proficiency in architecting and creating solution designs- Skilled background in developing unit tests for testing business logicTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
