• Perform repair and maintenance duties for residents on a 24/7 basis.
• Operate company equipment safely with required training and certification.
• Work both individually and in a collaborative team environment.
• Make timely decisions with limited guidance and react with urgency when needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Perform appliance service repairs, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Handle general maintenance work including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, drywall repairs, and painting.
• Respond to trouble calls, customer complaints, and equipment failures.
• Complete all service requests daily and maintain a parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the engineering team, company employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team during emergencies.

• 3-5 years of related experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment, construction, and plumbing.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college degree or trade school preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record for the past 5 years.

• Experience with general plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair appliances such as washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Experience with painting, paint prep, and using a spray gun.

The work environment involves working on-site in luxury apartment buildings with a moderately loud noise level in some areas. You will be exposed to varying weather conditions and may need to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting up to 100 pounds and climbing stairs. The schedule is typically Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-4:30pm, with on-call responsibilities for emergencies. Personal protective equipment is issued as part of our safety program.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $87360.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
