Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments using standardized tools and client interviews to identify individual client needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment modifications in accordance with ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with best practices and developments in the mental health field, actively contributing ideas that enhance our service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LPC at Access Healing Therapy will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will engage with individuals across a wide age range, including adolescents and adults, and assist families in navigating complex dynamics—ensuring that your therapeutic approaches are adaptable and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Proficiency in digital tools, including electronic health record systems (EHRs) and Google Suite, is essential for effective documentation and communication.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is preferred.
