What You Will Do:

• Schedule appointments and coordinate warranty services with customers and technicians
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to warranty work, including permits and warranties
• Order and track supplies and equipment needed for warranty jobs.
• Provide administrative support to the trade team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
• Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about warranty services
• Ensure that warranty jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of warranty projects

What You Need:

• 3 years of administrative experience
• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing services is a plus
• Knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing or electrical codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
