Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking an organized and analytical E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and performance of our growing e-commerce business. This position works across marketplaces, B2C and B2B channels, company websites, digital advertising, product content, and other online systems. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and technology, has strong attention to detail, and can balance multiple priorities while working collaboratively across the organization. What You'll Do E-Commerce & Website Support Support day-to-day website activities, including testing support tickets, implementing approved enhancements, and coordinating resolution of website issues. Help maintain the monthly website development and sprint schedule. Manage product information and digital assets within the PIM/DAM system, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and current. Support digital merchandising to ensure products are properly presented across company websites, marketplaces, and other online channels. Assist with digital promotions, campaigns, product launches, and other e-commerce initiatives. Marketplace & Brand Support Monitor and support Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance , including identifying pricing violations and maintaining seller information. Investigate unauthorized sellers and support the Company's Authorized Reseller Policy. Manage Bazaarvoice integrations and help ensure customer questions and reviews receive timely and accurate responses. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, IT, Finance, and Operations to maintain a strong and consistent online presence. Reporting & Analytics Collect and report performance data across marketplaces, B2C, B2B, niche websites, and digital advertising channels. Track established KPIs and prepare recurring reports and dashboards. Monitor performance trends and identify changes, exceptions, and potential issues requiring additional review. Identify recurring customer feedback, product concerns, and digital experience issues. Track digital engagement metrics, including QR code activity and product registrations. Perform routine audits to support the overall health and effectiveness of our e-commerce channels. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Two or more years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, website administration, marketplace support, data analytics, or a related field. Experience with e-commerce platforms, Amazon, PIM/DAM systems, content management systems, or digital analytics tools. Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations. What Makes You Successful Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate product and system information. Comfortable working with e-commerce websites, digital marketplaces, and online merchandising. Analytical and able to recognize trends, exceptions, and potential issues within performance data. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new reporting and digital systems. Familiar with Lean and/or Agile project management approaches. Organized and able to manage multiple projects, recurring activities, and deadlines. A strong communicator who works effectively across Marketing, Sales, IT, Product Management, and other departments.
