Role Activity Aide — As our new Activity Aide, you'll be the heartbeat of fun and engagement for our residents. Your mission is to create and lead programs that inspire, energize, and connect while meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of the individuals we serve. Responsibilities Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents\' interests. Track participation and note progress for each resident. Welcome new residents and help them feel at home. Collaborate with community volunteers to enrich the activity calendar. Prioritize safety and infection control while keeping activities engaging. Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff in a warm, respectful environment. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a healthcare setting. A passion for people and the ability to create meaningful moments. Team spirit, a bubbly personality, and the ability to make everyone feel included.
