You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. You Have: Experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management roleExperience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project deliveryExperience writing technical proposalsExperience managing delivery to a contractAbility to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficientlyAbility to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a projectAbility to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadershipAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: 2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budgets and schedulesExperience managing research and development programsExperience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and software systemsExperience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirementsExperience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project managementKnowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design softwarePossession of excellent problem resolution and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred;Master’s degree in Engineering a plusProject Management Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
