The Role As Lead Veterinarian you will: Lead and inspire an experienced veterinary team Mentor and support fellow DVMs Help develop clinical protocols and standards of care Balance leadership responsibilities with clinical practice Work alongside an experienced management team to continue growing the hospital Maintain an exceptional client and patient experience This position would suit either an experienced Medical Director/Lead Veterinarian or an ambitious veterinarian ready to progress into their first senior leadership position.
