Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS required
- At least two years recent experience in field

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments and analyze data to determine care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans while evaluating patient progress.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
