Stanford Medicine Express Care NP or PA - Los Gatos

Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant, Express Care (Acute Primary Care Only)

University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking an experienced full-time BC/BE Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to join our Express Care Clinic located in Los Gatos, CA.

Position details:

• Minimum of 3 years primary care or urgent care experience required
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Clinicians will typically see urgent care cases and patients from our primary care offices with chronic conditions or acute exacerbation symptoms
• Ability to see pediatric patients 6 months and older
• Clinicians will also provide acute care telehealth visits across the network as needed
• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-7pm (shift-based)
• Flexible work schedule, must be able to work some weekends
• No primary care patient panel responsibilities but will help with in-basket work periodically
• State-of-the-art clinic site includes on-site imaging, labs, and dedicated procedure rooms
• Easy in office access to primary care, pediatrics, specialists, and ancillary services
• Diverse patient population
