Position Details:

Permanent, contract-to-hire, or travel opportunities available
4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour day shifts)
One-pharmacist department with pharmacy technician support

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders
Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical pharmacy services
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Support safe and effective medication therapy for patients

Requirements:

Active Oregon Pharmacist license required or ability to obtain one
Ability to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Hospital pharmacy experience required
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
