Membership Growth & Retention Specialist

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PREFERRED.

Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week; weekends and evenings required.

Strong communication skillslistening as well as written & verbal communicationand ability to communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds.

Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience.

Strong interpersonal skills: ability to cultivate, motivate and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Frequent travel within the Council area is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
