WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be the heart of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide a variety of massage modalities tailored to each client's individual needs and goals

• Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic experiences that keep clients coming back

• Recommend appropriate service upgrades and retail products to enhance client outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation and client intake forms with care and confidentiality

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment rooms

• Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and membership retention

• Communicate openly and collaboratively with management and fellow team members

• Swedish Massage - the cornerstone of relaxation therapy

• Deep Tissue Massage - targeted relief for chronic tension

• Hot Stone Massage - warmth and weight for deep relaxation

• Sports Massage - performance recovery and injury prevention

• Prenatal Massage - safe, specialized care for expecting mothers

• Himalayan Salt Stone Massage - mineral-rich therapeutic treatment

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for dedicated professionals who are serious about their craft and passionate about client care. Here's what we require:

• Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License - required prior to start date

• Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities as trained and certified

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're the face of the experience

• Unwavering commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health and wellness

• Prior experience is preferred - but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
