Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its established Employment and Labor practice in Chicago, IL .
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated employment litigation and counseling and wants to develop a management-side practice while working alongside experienced attorneys representing employers across a broad range of industries.
Qualifications
2+ years of litigation or employment law experience , with an interest in management-side employment counseling and litigation.
- Experience advising employers on workplace issues and employment-related disputes is preferred.
- Experience with wage and hour collective and class actions is a plus, but not required.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.
- A genuine interest in developing a long‑term management‑side Labor & Employment practice.

- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and develop meaningful client relationships.
