Finance Manager

Our client, a growing private equity backed professional services company, is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the primary finance partner to a Division President. This is a highly visible role offering full ownership of the division's P&L, strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is more than a traditional FP&A professional. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping drive growth, profitability, and operational performance through data driven insights and actionable financial recommendations. Responsibilities: Partner directly with the Division President and leadership team to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. Own the division's budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating planning processes. Provide comprehensive P&L management, including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis. Deliver weekly and monthly variance analysis, identifying business trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and decision-making. Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, business case development, and performance tracking. Collaborate with operations and sales leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive accountability across the business. Evaluate performance across regions, markets, customer segments, and service lines to identify areas for growth and optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise. Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools and financial reporting platforms. Private equity backed company experience is highly desirable.
