CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1730-0200 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: National License (ARRT) - Optional Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Completed Personal Health requirements including Varicella, MMR, Drug Screen, Health Statement, Flu Vaccine, Tdap, Hepatitis B, TB Test/PPD, and Annual TB Screening. - Completion of Human Resources requirements including Annual TRA Evaluation, Background Check, Signed Job Description, Signed Offer Letter, Application, Driver's License or State ID, OIG, SAM/GSA, Reference Check 1, eTenet Security Form, Tra Tax Home Form, Timekeeping Guidelines of DMC, Travel Assignment Contract, Local Pref Booking Assign, PRN Pref Booking Assign, Payroll Notice with Kronos Clock, Attestation for Contract Labor, JD CT Technologist, and Hospital General Orientation - Agency. - Completion of Assessment and Testing requirements including CT Technologist Skills, CT Technologist Test, and Unit Knowledge Exam.
