Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated, reliable Commercial Cleaning Associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing general cleaning duties to ensure facility spaces remain hygienic, orderly, and presentable. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas.

• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common spaces.

• Restock paper products, hand soap, and other essential restroom and kitchen supplies.

• Operate standard commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain organized supply closets and report low inventory or equipment maintenance needs to management.

• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and client-specific facility rules.

• Report any facility damage, security issues, or unusual occurrences to your supervisor promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a shift.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to the assigned job site.

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus, but comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
