This position is responsible for the management, quality, and administration of the clinical programing, such as the provisions of clinical leadership and direct supervision for assigned staff. The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the management team ensuring sound clinical practices in programming according to the NYAP mission, vision, and values.Pay: $70,000 annuallyWorking At NYAPNYAP's commitment to doing what is best for children, youth and their families is a core value and one that we look for in our newest team members.Excellent training and continuing education and development opportunities offered on topics such as: PCIT, NMT, TF-CBT, BFST, CSAYC, TBRI, FFT and many, many more!Summer Hours (half day off on Friday's)Student Loan Repayment assistance, up to $1,200 per year!Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family!22 Days Off Each Year!Plus 11 Paid Holidays Per Year!Competitive salaries and benefits including a 401(k)Tuition AssistanceWork Anniversary Trips!Peace leaveFlexible HoursPhone allowanceMileage ReimbursementResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Supervisor will perform duties including, but not limited to:Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Programs mission, values, and philosophiesScreen referrals upon admission, assigning cases and assuring all initial documentation is completed in a timely manner.Responsible for the development and implementation of training plans for treatment and service team members.Attend team meetings and provide clinical consultation and feedback to the treatment team to assure high quality and effective services.Provide consultation and advocacy on behalf of clients with schools, community agencies, and other providers.Provide on-call services to respond to after hour emergencies and crises based on program needs.Responsible for the direct supervision on the following based on program needs: Provide weekly group and/or individual supervisionReview all new clients with assigned staff to identify immediate treatment needs and/or safety concernsReview and cosign Individual Service/Treatment Plans and Diagnostic AssessmentsReview and assure the completion of monthly and quarterly reportsEvaluate direct service staffRegularly participate in quality assurance activitiesMinimum QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Services or other related human service field2 years' experience in the field of human services with experience in supervision.Must hold LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.Capacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served.Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance (100,000/300,000 bodily injury coverage) and a good driving record.Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.Other SkillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsWorks well independently and as a team memberMulti-task efficiently and be flexible in all situationsStrong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and inspire staffDriving and Vehicle RequirementsValid driver's licenseReliable personal transportationGood driving recordMinimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,00/$300,000 bodily injury liabilityIf this describes YOU, please apply today!
