Conflict Analyst

Assist with the day-to-day conflict check operations, including processing daily conflict checks Ensure compliance with established procedures, and maintaining data integrity Assume increasing responsibility over time for the training of new team members Ensure high standards for customer service are met Perform conflict of interest/business relationship analyses via a conflicts analytics tool Assist with other Conflict Management initiatives and duties as requested Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ year of experience in conflicts analysis, client intake, AML, in the legal field, or related experience Ability to identify and analyze complex issues (critical thinking) Strong research skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Strong supervision and staff management skills Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat) Experience with InTapp Open or similar conflict software Boolean search logic experience is essential Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conflict analysis and management, with strong capabilities in research, critical thinking, and compliance within the legal field.
