This role builds and leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates an engaged management style. This role directly reports to the franchise owner, communicating all achievements and areas of opportunity within their store and their team.Qualifications:Energetic and positive personalityHighly organized and dependableLeadership skills with ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and embrace changeAbility to train, motivate, and develop a team creating a culture based on Scooter's Coffee core valuesBenefits:Compensation $45,000/year to $55,000/year based on experienceQuarterly bonus based on hitting key performance metricsPaid time offOpportunity for growth within a growing companySchedule Requirements:Full TimeOpen Availability- including weekends and holidaysTypical Week is 40-50 HoursEssential duties and responsibilities:Lead the entire team of store leaders and baristas with a positive, engaging, and encouraging management style that inspires their team.Lead by example in work ethic, speech, punctuality, customer interaction, station execution, uniform appearance, store cleanliness, etc.Create a professional, positive, rewarding, fun, safe, and productive work environment.Align store performance with Scooter's corporate standards.Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations.Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance.Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience.Implement a varied schedule to develop employees, meet business needs, and maximize sales potential across all hours of operation.Set a variety of goals and implement thoughtful strategies to achieve them.
