Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established patient care plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Support patient education efforts and provide guidance on home exercise programs as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Indiana licensure must be obtained promptly
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Completion of all required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
