What you will do As a Resale Sales Representative, you will re‑engage previous customers, provide personalized solutions, deliver sales presentations, conduct post‑installation follow‑ups, and cultivate new sales leads. Re‑engage previous customers, not cold‑calling strangers, shortening sales cycles and building lasting relationships. Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features tailored to customers’ space and lifestyle. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, emphasizing unique benefits over competitors. Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals. Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach. What you need to be successful We’re looking for self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed. Thrive on connection, solving problems, and growing your career. High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be required based on location. Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast‑paced sales environment. Self‑motivated and results‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong communicator and natural relationship builder. Adaptable and flexible; thrives in dynamic environments and learns new systems. Consumer sales experience preferred but not required. How ADT invests in you Compensation Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. New sales advisors can expect to earn $105,000, while experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. Additional Pay For the first 8 weeks of training, you’ll earn up to $4,000.
