Job Title OB/GYN Sonographer – $15,000 Signing Bonus Department Ambulatory Women's Imaging; Ambulatory Services | Women's Imaging Scope of Position Sonographer may perform obstetrical, gynecological, and fetal echocardiogram ultrasound examinations as ordered at all OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations and inpatient care sites, as well as MFM/WI contracted Outreach sites. Position Summary The employee in this position is part of the health care team performing OB/GYN ultrasound examinations, documenting, and relaying examination findings to the appropriate physician and referring facilities. The sonographer utilizes electronic systems to capture images and document findings. The sonographer provides educational opportunities to residents, MFM fellows, and sonography students. The sonographer must be certified by the ARDMS for the specialty OB/GYN examination. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited ultrasound school. Must be certified by ARDMS in OB/GYN. Previous ultrasound experience is preferred but not required. Additional Information Location: Outpatient Care Upper Arlington (1005). Position Type: Regular. Scheduled Hours: 40. Shift: First Shift.
