Senior UX Researcher

To drive user-centered design initiatives, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will conduct research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and synthesize findings to enhance product features and service experiences, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Collaborate with UX Design, Product Management, and other teams to gather requirements and understand organizational goals Create research plans and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to optimize user experiences and inform product strategies Synthesize research findings into strategic narratives that align user needs with enterprise goals and influence design processes Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience performing user research in a professional services environment Proficiency with research and design tools such as Dovetail, User Interviews, and Figma Strong understanding of design principles and experience-led research, particularly in the health services vertical Ability to design and lead research initiatives that guide long-term product vision and strategic decision-making Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights for high-level decision-making
