Physical Therapist Weekday PD The Physical Therapist Weekday PD provides physical therapy services to individuals and their families in a team relationship with other health care providers in a setting that is designated by the department. Responsibilities Perform evaluations of patients across all age groups within the department’s responsibility. Execute therapeutic treatments for all age groups within the department’s responsibility. Complete all required documentation within the department’s timeline. Identify patient population needs and adapt care to meet those needs, communicating with patients, parents, and primary caregivers at appropriate levels. Perform any additional duties and projects as assigned. Adhere to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 100 lbs., and stand a minimum of 6 hours a day. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school. 0 to 2 years of experience (minimum). Licenses and Certifications Physical Therapist License. Working Conditions Lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing requirements as described in the responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits The starting hourly rate is $58.66, provided for informational purposes. Compensation is determined based on market data, experience, education and certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and departmental budgets. Additional incentives, bonuses, or shift differentials may apply.
