Physical Therapist Opportunity

Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation therapy assignment in Warsaw, North Carolina. The position is based at 214 Lanefield Road, Warsaw, North Carolina 28398. This is a 13-week assignment with five eight-hour day shifts per week. The therapist must be able to float between Hertford and Windsor, North Carolina, and must have skilled nursing facility experience.

• Provide physical therapy services within the skilled nursing setting.
• Complete assigned therapy responsibilities during scheduled day shifts.
• Float between Hertford and Windsor as specified in the assignment requirements.
• Fulfill the physical therapy responsibilities assigned throughout the contract.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Ability to meet the listed float requirement.
