Pediatric Physical Therapist
Associates in Pediatric Therapy
Description KidTherapy is looking for a physical therapist who loves working with children and teenagers. You'll work with clients facing mobility challenges for a variety of reasons and develop personalized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest treatment methods and have a fun and compassionate personality. Work with diagnoses such as torticollis, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, orthopedic injuries, genetic disorders, and so much more! If this sounds like the perfect fit, don't wait-apply now! Currently searching for therapists wanting to work on a per-session basis - Work as few or as many hours as you would like! Responsibilities • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures
• Evaluate and interpret findings from the patient's tests results and assessments
• Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
• Use physical therapy on patients to reduce pain and improve mobility as advised by doctor Qualifications • Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of TX
• Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
• Current state licensure in the state you practice
