As Senior Manager, CRM, Email & SMS Activation, you will lead high-impact campaigns across key customer channels and help drive measurable revenue, engagement, and retention. Partner with talented cross-functional teams to optimize performance and deliver cohesive, customer-first experiences. Responsibilities: Own revenue performance across email and SMS, monitoring results and acting on opportunities and risks. Lead end-to-end campaign activation from intake and requirements through approvals and launch. Partner with CRM Strategy and Operations teams on campaign builds, quality assurance, deployment, and optimization. Translate campaign strategies into clear audience, personalization, creative, timing, channel, and measurement requirements. Collaborate with customer data and strategy teams to define targeting and segmentation that support relevant customer experiences. Analyze campaign results, including revenue, conversion, click-through, opt-out, and deliverability metrics. Lead structured A/B testing and turn insights into recommendations for future campaigns. Maintain campaign standards, documentation, and playbooks while improving operational workflows and quality. Must-Have Skills: At least five years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience executing and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and business outcomes through CRM channels. Understanding of email and SMS best practices, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, deliverability, and customer experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements. Experience partnering with CRM Operations and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing brands. Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs.
