Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00-$20.70/hr | Weekly Pay Shifts Available: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
1st Shift | 7:30AM-3:30PM
2nd Shift | 3:30PM–11:30PM
3rd Shift | 11:30PM-7:30AM

• Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift. Comfortable on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Collaborating with a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
• Following clear work instructions and quality procedures to ensure top-notch results
• Using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Rotating through various tasks and departments to continuously build new skills
• Maintaining safety and quality as your top priorities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (trade school or military experience is a plus)
• Are reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Are comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting or positioning parts up to 25 lbs.
• Are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is helpful, but not required
