Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 13-20 week contract options Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for. One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. Description: This is an auto offer position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Tele. The role involves working night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact nursing license is mandatory. BLS and ACLS certifications are required before the commencement of the role. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. The orientation involves ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication practices assessments. Travelers will receive two attempts to pass the assessments, or they will be canceled. Candidates must comply with background check requirements. All certifications should be current and not pending verification. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily. All other travelers must be nicotine-free and pass a negative drug screening.
