About the Role

Join Goodyear's Auto Service team as a Mid-Level Automotive Technician. Use your automotive knowledge and mechanical skills to diagnose vehicle issues, perform repairs, and deliver quality service to customers.

What You'll Do

• Perform brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, tire installations, and routine inspections.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and assist with troubleshooting and road tests.
• Document completed work accurately on repair orders.
• Communicate vehicle service needs clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the team and help mentor junior technicians.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of automotive experience , including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
• A willingness to learn new automotive technologies and follow established safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics, road tests, electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel/ignition systems.
