Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including gathering pertinent medical histories and performing detailed physical assessments to determine individual treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and collaborate with patients and their families to set realistic goals, ensuring that everyone is engaged in the treatment process.
• Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on each patient's unique needs and progress, using a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and educational resources.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes and enhance patient recovery.
• Provide guidance and education on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies, empowering patients to take an active role in their healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
