This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do. What You’ll Do Greet every guest with a warm welcome Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out Book appointments, answer phones, and handle monetary transactions Keep the front of the Saloon organized and inviting Support the team and maintain daily operations Qualifications No experience necessary Available weekday afternoons/evenings & Saturdays 16+ years old (or have a valid work permit) Year-round position - not seasonal About Hair Saloon Hair Saloon has been a trusted name in men’s grooming for over 25 years.
