Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and modalities safely. Assess progress, adjust plans, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management. Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols. Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities. Participate in discharge planning and community transitions. Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice. Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Proficient PC skills. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in physical therapy. New graduates welcome; prior experience preferred. Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position. Required Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication.
