Those moments matter. As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care that allows patients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You won't be responsible for an entire hallway of patients. You won't be bouncing from room to room answering call bells. You'll have the opportunity to focus on the person in front of you and provide the compassionate care they deserve. What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional supportPerform light housekeeping related to patient care Observe patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse Follow individualized plans of care Complete required documentation accurately and on time Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment What We're Looking For Active Virginia CNA Certification Required Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Dependable and committed to scheduled patient visits Compassionate and patient-centered Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently in patients' homes Previous Home Health or Personal Care Experience Preferred Why Human Touch Home Health?
