HR Assistant

Job Full Description

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and screen candidates for open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and prepare offer letters
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire first-day schedules
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting efforts and hiring initiatives
• Assist with general HR and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
