License/Certifications: Active RN license in NH; BLS required

Experience: 1+ year of Med/Surg RN experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care for a diverse population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients
• Formulate and revise individualized care plans based on patient assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and supervise patient care
• Document all patient activities clearly and accurately using Epic EMR system
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Prioritize nursing duties to ensure timely and effective patient care

What You Need

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Ability to work the posted schedule and adhere to facility policies

• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
