Master Technician Lead, Diagnose, and Make an Impact

We're looking for an experienced Master Technician to lead our shop, solve complex automotive issues, and help elevate the performance of our entire team.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, mentorship, and delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair:
  • Drivability issues
  • Brakes and suspension
  • Engines and electrical systems
  • A/C and computer systems
• Support and assist technicians with advanced repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle needs and solutions
• Lead by examplementor team members and drive shop performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience
• EPA Section 609 Certification (required)
• ASE Certifications (A1A8 preferred)
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50+ lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to weather and chemicals
