to staff our modern, low-volume freestanding emergency departments including a

structured training track

for physicians transitioning into lower-volume, concierge-like emergency medicine practice. We operate two freestanding ER locations today El Mirage and Fountain Hills with

two more opening in the next 12 months : a new ER in Tempe and a micro-hospital in Central Phoenix. The Transition Track Work alongside and learn from board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment At total patients per day, our EDs are the ideal setting to expand from adult acute care into full-scope emergency practice without the chaos of a high-volume hospital ER Full on-site diagnostics CT, X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, lab and full resuscitation capability: real emergency medicine, with real support Practice Overview & Culture Excellent patient satisfaction:
