Fall 2026 Key Accountability The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in delivering key HR services across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and the intern will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced HR environment while contributing to meaningful projects that support business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordination Support HR team members with employee lifecycle activities (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, record updates) Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems Provide support for employee engagement activities and internal communications Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR materials Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews, and events Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development initiatives Assist with HR-related projects, research, and process improvements Other tasks as needed Knowledge and Experience Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Process improvement initiatives Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Diverse opportunities for your development A strong team by your side Freedom to drive your ideas forward Develop innovative solutions with real impact Be part of a global network – in a family-owned company Attractive compensation and additional benefits We look forward to your application and to getting to know you!
