Maintenance Process Lead (Food & Beverage manufacturing)

This role will be based in our manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. What We Need The role of the Maintenance Process Lead is to implement, maintain and continuously improve the Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling program for their assigned line(s) which ensures the lines are not constrained due to the lack of technical capability or knowledge. The role provides a continuity link to other preventative maintenance systems or processes, and across other line teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance processes, preventative maintenance programs, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all production equipment and machinery. Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions. Create and maintain detailed maintenance logs and records for all machinery and equipment. Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during scheduled maintenance activities. Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improving reliability and efficiency. Work with maintenance and engineering teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize machinery performance. Identify and address recurring equipment failures or inefficiencies through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Adjust the annual PM calendar as appropriate. Maintenance Technician: As needed to determine changes to PM programs and perform root cause analysis, will perform preventative maintenance on equipment. `?
