Join our dynamic team at Evercare of Collinsville as a Housekeeper ! We are committed to reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others , and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team.
About the Role:
As a Housekeeper at Evercare of Collinsville, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes. Your duties will include:
• Cleaning and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms
• Changing bed linens, towels, and washing clothes
• Restocking supplies and linens
• Assisting residents with daily tasks and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Responsibilities:
• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Restock supplies and linens in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service delivery
• Keep all areas clean, tidy, and organized
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
