Job Overview A law firm seeks a bilingual Immigration Attorney to join their team in Iowa City, IA. The firm specializes in family-based and humanitarian immigration petitions, including asylum and domestic violence cases, and represents clients in immigration and related state court proceedings. Duties Represent clients in family-based and humanitarian immigration petitions. Advocate for clients in immigration court and related state court proceedings. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies. Requirements Fluency in English and another language. Experience in immigration law preferred. Strong advocacy and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the United States.
