• Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational impacts across multiple concurrent initiatives. Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting stakeholder readiness, adoption, and successful implementation.
• Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and complex workstreams while maintaining a focus on quality, accountability, and successful delivery.
• Advanced project and program management expertise, including planning, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, dependency management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills, including the development of executive briefings, presentations, status reports, dashboards, governance materials, operating plans, roadmaps, and strategic planning documents.
• Experience supporting executive, governance, and Ministry reporting, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience facilitating procurement, vendor, and contract management activities, including coordinating requirements, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating governance forums, meetings, workshops, and working groups, including tracking actions, decisions, issues, and follow-up activities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.

Description

• To support the Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and coordination for CX, UX, and VoC initiatives.
• The Agency's Customer Experience Team advances customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), service design, experience measurement, customer insights, and Voice of Customer (VoC) activities that support the Agency's digital transformation priorities.
• Working across programs and initiatives, the team helps improve the experiences of patients, caregivers, providers, and partners by supporting the transition to more connected, digital-first healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, external partners, vendors, clinicians, and health system stakeholders.
• Coordinate performance reporting, dashboard development, project documentation, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, project closure activities, and benefits realization assessments.
• Lead governance and project management forums, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, action and decision tracking, issue escalation, and follow-up activities.

Deliverables

• Prepare and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, briefing notes, presentations, and status updates for team, Director, Executive, SLT, governance, and Ministry audiences.
• Develop and maintain operating plans, implementation roadmaps, workback schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Facilitate procurement activities, vendor onboarding, contract administration, deliverable tracking, invoice review, and vendor performance management.
• Coordinate governance and leadership forums, including agendas, action logs, decision tracking, issue escalation, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, dependency trackers, implementation schedules, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, KPI tracking, performance reporting, benefits realization, and continuous improvement activities.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Digital Transformation & Healthcare Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, process modernization, or workflow improvement initiatives.
• Experience within healthcare or other complex public-sector environments, including initiatives that improve service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and support digital adoption, is strongly preferred.

Desired Skills

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other recognized project management certification.
• Experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives within healthcare, digital health or similarly complex environments.
• Experience developing and managing operating plans, implementation roadmaps, governance processes, executive reporting, and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, steering committees, governance bodies, and Ministry-facing reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, clinicians, and external partners.
• Procurement, vendor, and contract management experience.
• Change management and organizational readiness experience.
• Experience with performance measurement, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven reporting.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools to support project planning, reporting, meeting management, documentation, analysis, and executive communications.
