Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position: Hourly, Part-Time positions working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors are available in the Berks CRP program. Serve as a positive role model for youth by demonstrating dependability, commitment, and professionalism in interactions. Initiate, organize, plan, and implement direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families. Develop and execute service plans based on strengths-based approach using the wraparound model. Foster meaningful relationships with participants to support their development and success across various environments. This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement. Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources. Must be extremely organized Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office is preferred. Must be professional, flexible, and have the ability to work independently Must be available evenings and weekends (Flexible, Non-Traditional Hours) Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage. Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
