GTM Engineer

I'm currently working with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the voice AI space.
They're hiring a GTM Engineer in San Francisco.
This isn't a sales role.
It isn't RevOps.
And it definitely isn't CRM administration.
They're looking for someone who treats go-to-market like an engineering problem.
You'll build:
- AI-powered outbound systems
- Lead enrichment and scoring workflows
- LLM-powered personalization
- GTM infrastructure that gives the entire commercial team leverage
Think:
- Clay
- n8n
- APIs
- SQL
- Python
- Automation
- AI agents
The ideal person is already building GTM systems rather than simply using them.
Maybe you're currently a:
- Founder's Office operator
- Solutions Engineer
- Or an engineer who's naturally drifted into growth and automation.
The company has already signed major enterprise customers, raised a $4M seed, and is building the infrastructure layer that helps companies test and monitor AI agents before they reach production.
