Service Admin/ Appointment Coordinator

Dealership: L0705 DCH Freehold Toyota DCH Freehold Toyota Now Hiring: Service Admin/Appointment Coordinator Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. The hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off. Reports to the Service Manager We provide a seamless customer experience through expert service and support while fostering a culture of excellence and career development. Entry-Level Service Advisor role for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Answer inbound service calls and emails. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries. Maintain customer and vehicle records in the CRM. Support the Service Manager, Advisors, and technicians with administrative tasks. Process service paperwork, invoices, and reports. Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience. 6+ months of automotive dealership experience required; Automotive Service BDC experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls. Proven follow-up and appointment-setting abilities. Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications. The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17 +) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
