Senior Litigation Paralegal
Join MoFo as a Senior Litigation Paralegal on our Litigation team! This role can be based in San Diego.
About The Role
Join a high-performing legal team where your expertise will directly support our Litigation group. In this dynamic role, you'll partner closely with attorneys and paralegals to effectively manage complex cases, demonstrate insight into legal procedures, and apply technologies to maximize efficiency in carrying out assignments. From conducting in-depth research to preparing court-ready documents, your contributions will play a key role in achieving successful outcomes. About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in Litigation required
- Trial experience
- Significant experience in managing discovery requests, responses, and document production
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability, with a proactive approach to ownership and problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong research, analytical, and data synthesis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet client and business demands
- Willingness to travel as required

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Chance Laws and Ordinances.
San Diego salary range: $120k to $165k
